What is Mexicano Padel?
Mexicano is a dynamic padel format where pairings are determined by current standings after each round. Players ranked 1st and 2nd form a team against 3rd and 4th, 5th and 6th face 7th and 8th, and so on.
This creates naturally balanced matches as the tournament progresses. Top performers play against each other while others compete at their level. The result is a fair competition where everyone has a chance to win their matches.
How It Works
Random First Round
The first round pairs are drawn randomly. Everyone starts with 0 points.
Play & Score
Matches are played to a set number of points. Individual scores are tracked.
Dynamic Repairing
After each round, players are sorted by total points. 1st+2nd vs 3rd+4th, 5th+6th vs 7th+8th, etc.
Balanced Competition
As rounds progress, similar-level players naturally compete against each other.
Final Standings
After all rounds, the player with most accumulated points wins.
